Join us in supporting Rochester area students as they learn tools, tips and techniques to ROC their global future!
Nine Rochester, NY area colleges will come together for the the third annual “ROC Your Global Future” conference for the hundreds of returned study abroad students in the area as an opportunity to help students unpack their study abroad experience and reap the full benefits of their international experience. We expect to host about 80-100 students.
The conference will feature a keynote speaker, a variety of conference sessions, lunch, and ample opportunity for students to network with peers, speakers and sponsors.
Sponsors will have the opportunity to interact with past study abroad students, who may be interested in pursuing an international career, looking for opportunities for future international study, work or volunteer positions. Can’t make it in-person the day of the conference? We welcome you to still join us and receive many of the same benefits as if you were to attend in person!
Cost: $250 (*$30 for Local Non-Profits)
Benefits includes:
- Attendance at the luncheon
- Public recognition and brief description of services during opening reception
- Listing in conference program (logo, website, brief description)
- Listing on conference website (logo and link)
- One five-foot draped exhibitor table with two chairs (If you cannot attend in-person, we will include your promotional materials in the conference folder distributed to all students)
- Post on conference Facebook page (@ROC Your Global Future)
- Opportunity to co-present in a concurrent session
*To be considered a Local Non-Profit sponsor, your headquarters must be located in any of the following counties: Monroe, Orleans, Genesee, Livingston, Ontario or Wayne County.

The deadline for exhibitor/sponsor registration is August 31, 2019. Your payment and logo submission (for the conference program) must be submitted by this deadline.
