Who will you meet?
You will learn from and network with experts in a variety of fields, such as business, teach abroad, non-profit management, personal branding, international education, and more.
We expect to have study abroad returnees attend from all over the Rochester region. As you know, the shared study abroad experience brings together people of all different backgrounds. We will most definitely have a fun and informative day!
Guest Speakers & Presenters
While study abroad returnees are the real conference VIPs (obviously), we are excited to have many talented speakers, professionals, and panelists joining us. We are excited to announce the 2018 conference keynote speaker will be Dr. Keith Jenkins, RIT’s Vice President & Associate Provost for Diversity & Inclusion. A nominal registration fee will be charged for students to attend which includes a continental breakfast, lunch and access to conference sessions. Some colleges may cover the registration fee – check with the study abroad office at your home campus for details. For registration information and your home campus contact, click here.
Directions & Parking
The 2018 ROC Your Global Future Conference will be held at Rochester Institute of Technology, located in Rochester, NY at 1 Lomb Memorial Drive, Rochester, NY 14623 in the Student Alumni Union (SAU).
RIT is easily accessible from the greater Rochester area. Your home campus may be coordinating transportation to RIT for the conference – check with the study abroad office at your home campus for details.
If you will be providing your own transportation to RIT, free parking will be available to conference attendees. Parking is available in Lots D or E (no parking pass is needed).
